Abstract:
Mazkur tezisda akademik stress tushunchasining nazariy asoslari psixologiya fanida shakllangan stress nazariyalari doirasida yoritiladi. Akademik stressning kelib chiqish omillari, kognitiv baholash jarayoni, individual psixologik xususiyatlar bilan bog‘liqligi hamda ta’lim jarayonidagi o‘rni ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, akademik stressning talabalarning o‘quv faoliyati va psixoemotsional holatiga ta’siri umumlashtiriladi.
