Abstract:

Global energetika tizimida tabiiy gaz o‘tish davri energiya resursi sifatida muhim rol o‘ynamoqda. Xalqaro Energiya Agentligi ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra, gaz bozoridagi o‘zgarishlar energetika xavfsizligi va iqtisodiy barqarorlik bilan bevosita bog‘liq bo‘lib, infratuzilma samaradorligi energiya siyosatining markaziy elementiga aylanmoqda (IEA, 2024). Gaz tarmoqlarining eskirishi, texnologik yo‘qotishlar va operatsion samarasizliklar milliardlab dollarlik iqtisodiy zarar keltirishi mumkin. Shu sababli gaz infratuzilmasini boshqarishda muhandislik va iqtisodiy yondashuvlarni integratsiyalash zarurati kuchaymoqda.
