Abstrak:
Xorijiy yondashuvlar asosan global miqyosdagi raqamli platformalar, transmilliy xizmatlar bozori va Big Data iqtisodiyotini tadqiq etishga qaratilgan. MDH mamlakatlari tadqiqotlarida esa e’tibor milliy raqamli bozorlar va platformaviy xizmatlarga qaratilib, davlat roli kuchliroq namoyon bo‘ladi. O‘zbekiston yondashuvi esa davlat va xususiy xizmatlar sektorining raqamli transformatsiyasini birgalikda ko‘rib chiqishi bilan ajralib turadi, bu esa milliy iqtisodiyot tuzilmasiga mos kompleks yondashuvni aks ettirdi.
