Abstrak:

O‘zbekiston mustaqillikka erishganidan so‘ng mamlakatda oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlash, aholining barqaror va sifatli oziqlanishini yo‘lga qo‘yish davlat siyosatining eng muhim yo‘nalishlaridan biri sifatida belgilandi. Mustaqillikning dastlabki yillaridanoq hukumat agrar sohani modernizatsiya qilish, oziq-ovqat ishlab chiqarish zanjirini yaxlit va samarali tizimga aylantirish bo‘yicha keng ko‘lamli dasturlarni hayotga tatbiq eta boshladi.
