Abstract:

Majburlash, ekspluatatsiya qilish va shaxsiy avtonomiyadan mahrum qilish ta’riflari bilan tavsiflanayotgan majburiy mehnat geografik va madaniy chegaralarni kesib o‘tib, butun dunyo bo‘ylab jamiyatlarni bezovta qilishni davom etmoqda. Ushbu maqolada majburiy mehnatning ko‘p qirrali jihatlari, uning tarixiy mazmuni, huquqiy oqibatlari va inson huquqlarining buzilishiga qarshi kurashish harakatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
