Abstract:

O‘smirlik davri — qizlar jismoniy rivojlanishi va reproduktiv yetilish bosqichlari jihatidan keskin o‘zgarishlar sodir bo‘lgan murakkab hamda bir-biriga bog‘liq jarayonlardir. Ushbu tezisda qiz o‘smirlarda jismoniy rivojlanish, pubertal bosqichlari, reproduktiv tizimning yetilishi va ularning o‘zaro munosabati tahlil qilinadi. So‘nggi yillar tadqiqotlari asosida jismoniy o‘sishning tezligi, reproduktiv funktsiyalarning ochilishi (masalan, menarxe) va bu jarayonlarga ta’sir qiluvchi omillar yoritiladi. Tezis ilmiy adabiyotlar tahliliga tayangan bo‘lib, o‘smirlikdagi sog‘lom rivojlanish nazariyasi hamda amaliy jihatlari bo‘yicha xulosa chiqaradi.
