Аннотация:

Maqolada insonlarga shaxsiy inqirozlarni, masalan, o'rta yoshdagi inqirozni engishga yordam beradigan o'zini o'zi boshqarishning samarali strategiyalari muhokama qilinadi. Kognitiv qayta qurish, erishish mumkin bo'lgan maqsadlarni belgilash, ijtimoiy qo'llab-quvvatlash, jismoniy faollik va hissiy ong kabi usullarga urg'u beriladi. Tahlil shuni ko'rsatdiki, ushbu strategiyalar stressni kamaytirishga, hissiy farovonlikni yaxshilashga va chidamlilikni rivojlantirishga yordam beradi.
