Abstract:

In the modern educational system, the organization of team work is important in the development of education, and at the same time, increasing motivation has a significant impact on the effectiveness of the educational process. This article talks about the organization of teamwork in education, its influence on education, the influence of motivation, and the role of management in increasing motivation.
