Аннотация:
Ushbu maqola O`zbekiston uchun barcha mehnat migrantlari va ularning oila a’zolarining huquqlarini himoya qilish to`g`risidagi xalqaro konvensiyaga qo`shilishidan mamlakatga foydasi tegishi mumkin bo`lgan jihatlarni o`rganadi. Unda konvensiyaga rioya qilish bilan bog`liq ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy oqibatlar, inson huquqlariga oid mulohazalar va diplomatik afzalliklar ko`rib chiqiladi. Tahlil shuningdek, O`zbekistonning mehnat muhojirlari huquqlari bo`yicha siyosatini xalqaro standartlarga moslashtirishda yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo`lgan muammolar va imkoniyatlarni ham ko`rib chiqadi.
