Abstrak:
Usı maqalada tiykarınan zamarrıqlardıń kelip shıǵıwı hám olardıń adam organizmine paydası haqqında maǵlıwmat berilgen. Azıq-awqat sanaatında ashıtqı hám pilis zamarrıqları qollanıladı, olar nan islep shıǵarıwda isletiledi. Medicinada bolsa zamarrıqlar antibiotiklar retinde qollanıladı. Zamarrıqlar turli vitaminlerge bay bolıp, insan organizmıne oziniń paydasın tiygizedi.
