Аннотация:
Ushbu maqolada pektin moddalarini ishlab chiqarish, sanoat miqyosida foydalanish hamda o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari ularning sifati va xavfsizligi, ularni ishlab chiqarish tizimi tashkil etish, pektin ishlab chiqarishda zamonaviy innovatsion texnologiyalarni takomillashtirish hamda ulardan samarali foydalanish, pektin xom ashyo zahirasini rivojlantirish imkoniyatlari alohida taʼkidlangan.
