Hormone regulation plays a key role in maintaining cardiovascular health in women. Estrogens, as the main sex hormones, have complex and multifaceted effects on the cardiovascular system, including regulating lipid metabolism, improving endothelial function, modulating inflammatory processes, and preventing oxidative stress. Their effect is especially important during reproductive age, but after menopause, estrogen levels are significantly reduced, which contributes to an increased risk of developing cardiovascular diseases (CVD). The article discusses the molecular mechanisms of action of estrogens, their protective role in the prevention of atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease and arterial hypertension. The article also analyzes current data on hormone replacement therapy, its benefits and risks in the prevention of CVD in postmenopausal women. The results obtained emphasize the need for further research to develop individualized approaches to the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases in women, taking into account the hormonal status.

This article discusses the pathologies and dysfunctions of the nasal turbinates, auditory tube. In it, 22 patients aged 7 to 18 years were examined endoscopically for inferior turbinate hypertrophy and auditory tube pathologies and corrected using special ENT manipulative devices through endorhinoplasty. In addition, ultrasonic disintegration was performed for inferior turbinate hypertrophy and data on the results of processing the auditory tube orifice using microdrebidors using sharp, impassable ways were provided.

This article is dedicated to studying important pedagogical approaches to developing the speech of mentally retarded students through work lessons. The article analyzes the role of labor lessons in enhancing students' speech potential, their psychological characteristics, and factors influencing speech development. Information is provided on existing problems in the speech development of intellectually disabled students and the methods, practical exercises, and interactive approaches used in this process. Opinions are expressed on the pedagogical foundations of work lessons and the role of the teacher, and specific recommendations are given for the development of students' speech skills. The article serves as a useful resource for teachers in applying effective methods and practices in speech development for intellectually disabled students through work lessons.

Due to the activities of several generations of jurists, the traditions of the Mā Warāʾ al-Nahr school and the works of its representatives have become widespread in various regions of the Ḥanafī school. The works of Mā Warāʾ al-Nahr authors were used both as a guide in the practice of jurisprudence and as textbooks for teaching students. One of these scholars was Burhān al-Dīn al-Marghīnānī (d. 1196). The full name of this great person is Burhān al-Dīn ‘Alī bin Abī Bakr ibn ‘Abd al-Jalīl ar-Rashidani al- Marghīnānī al- Farghānī. He is known by the terms "Shaykh al-Islam" and "Sahib al-Hidāyah". The fact that the isnads of jurists in the development of the "Kitab al- Hidāyah" are often cited separately and commented on, indicates that this work of is Burhān al-Dīn al-Marghīnānī has great authority. This article provides complete information about the structural structure of the work " Hidāyah" and the research conducted on it.

Despite some advances in screening donor blood for antigens and antibodies of a number of infectious diseases, the risk of transmission of viral, bacterial and protozoan infections, as well as new diseases, remains during transfusion. Blood products from donors are mainly tested for the presence of particularly dangerous diseases such as HIV, hepatitis B, C, RW, brucellosis and malaria. However, blood donors suffer from various viral or infectious diseases for different periods of time. They use various drugs to fight the disease. They donate blood after recovering from the disease. It is important to know the state of minerals and vitamins in the blood during the disease, and the composition of these clinical and biochemical indicators is important for patients receiving blood products.

This article discusses the construction of ditches and drainages along the shoulders and slopes of the roadbed to remove surface water from the carriageway. To reduce the destructive effects of flowing surface water and precipitation not only on the edges of the road, but also on the slopes of the roadbed, to build high-quality drainage using foreign technology to protect the slopes from destruction.

The article presents a new developed method for assessing the reliability indicators of the frames of the bogies of the metro electric trains based on the results of diagnostics; the numerical studies were performed in the MathCAD 15 programming environment. As a result, a methodology for assessing the reliability indicators of the body of frames of metro electric train wheel pair is proposed based on information on instrumental and non-destructive testing.

The article presents the results of scientific research conducted on the results of the assessment of the productivity indices of varietal samples in the experimental field of the optional autumn international preliminary trial of durum wheat in the experimental field of the Laboratory of genetics, selection and seed growing of durum wheat. Integrated Management System (IMS) is a strategy for managing multiple systems to meet the needs and expectations of different stakeholders. The main objective of this study is to systematize the principles of IMS and its development and support by identifying key elements. To achieve this goal, a systematic review of the literature was conducted. The results show that there are 28 elements for the development and implementation of IMS. By critically analyzing these elements, it is possible to systematize 6 principles of IMS: systematic management; standardization; strategic, tactical and operational integration; organizational learning; elimination of bureaucracy; continuous improvement. Each principle serves as a foundation for the development and support of IMS. The scientific contribution of this study is that it represents a starting point for defining the theory of IMS. Also, taking into account these results, it is possible to typify the basis of IMS, which will help to increase the comparability of research results. The results of this work can also help business managers better focus their efforts in managing IMT and serve as a guide for them in developing and maintaining the aforementioned foundations.
