ASPECTS OF HORMONAL REGULATION: THE EFFECT OF ESTROGENS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES IN WOMEN
Hormone regulation plays a key role in maintaining cardiovascular health in women. Estrogens, as the main sex hormones, have complex and multifaceted effects on the cardiovascular system, including regulating lipid metabolism, improving endothelial function, modulating inflammatory processes, and preventing oxidative stress. Their effect is especially important during reproductive age, but after menopause, estrogen levels are significantly reduced, which contributes to an increased risk of developing cardiovascular diseases (CVD). The article discusses the molecular mechanisms of action of estrogens, their protective role in the prevention of atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease and arterial hypertension. The article also analyzes current data on hormone replacement therapy, its benefits and risks in the prevention of CVD in postmenopausal women. The results obtained emphasize the need for further research to develop individualized approaches to the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases in women, taking into account the hormonal status.

EFFECTIVENESS OF ENDOSCOPIC ULTRASOUND DISENTIGRATION IN HYPERTROPHIC RHINITIS AND ENT PATHOLOGIES
This article discusses the pathologies and dysfunctions of the nasal turbinates, auditory tube. In it, 22 patients aged 7 to 18 years were examined endoscopically for inferior turbinate hypertrophy and auditory tube pathologies and corrected using special ENT manipulative devices through endorhinoplasty. In addition, ultrasonic disintegration was performed for inferior turbinate hypertrophy and data on the results of processing the auditory tube orifice using microdrebidors using sharp, impassable ways were provided.

THE EMERGENCE OF THE WORK "HIDOYA"
Due to the activities of several generations of jurists, the traditions of the Mā Warāʾ al-Nahr school and the works of its representatives have become widespread in various regions of the Ḥanafī school. The works of Mā Warāʾ al-Nahr authors were used both as a guide in the practice of jurisprudence and as textbooks for teaching students. One of these scholars was Burhān al-Dīn al-Marghīnānī (d. 1196). The full name of this great person is Burhān al-Dīn ‘Alī bin Abī Bakr ibn ‘Abd al-Jalīl ar-Rashidani al- Marghīnānī al- Farghānī. He is known by the terms "Shaykh al-Islam" and "Sahib al-Hidāyah". The fact that the isnads of jurists in the development of the "Kitab al- Hidāyah" are often cited separately and commented on, indicates that this work of is Burhān al-Dīn al-Marghīnānī has great authority. SYSTEMATIZATION OF ELEMENTS OF IMPLEMENTING AN INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Integrated Management System (IMS) is a strategy for managing multiple systems to meet the needs and expectations of different stakeholders. The main objective of this study is to systematize the principles of IMS and its development and support by identifying key elements. To achieve this goal, a systematic review of the literature was conducted. The results show that there are 28 elements for the development and implementation of IMS. By critically analyzing these elements, it is possible to systematize 6 principles of IMS: systematic management; standardization; strategic, tactical and operational integration; organizational learning; elimination of bureaucracy; continuous improvement. Each principle serves as a foundation for the development and support of IMS. The scientific contribution of this study is that it represents a starting point for defining the theory of IMS. Also, taking into account these results, it is possible to typify the basis of IMS, which will help to increase the comparability of research results. The results of this work can also help business managers better focus their efforts in managing IMT and serve as a guide for them in developing and maintaining the aforementioned foundations.
