Abstract:

This article examines the challenges and solutions for increasing women’s participation in science. Key barriers, such as gender stereotypes, social obstacles, and lack of support, are analyzed as the main factors limiting women’s full engagement in scientific activities. The article also proposes measures to expand opportunities for women, including the development of education, implementation of specialized programs, and raising public awareness. It emphasizes that active participation of women in the scientific field not only promotes gender equality but also contributes significantly to the scientific and technological progress of society.
