В статье дана информация о значении города Самарры и рассмотрены вопросы Самаррского периода, о его важности в жизни халифов династии Аббасидов в период правления халифа аль-Мутасима, причины основания города халифом Самарры, служившая резиденцией халифов и столицей империи почти полвека. Взаимосвязь тюркских солдат из Центральной Азии и их командиров с халифами, влияние на политическую жизнь халифата, приведшая в последствии к «анархии».

By analyzing these errors, the article identifies key factors contributing to their prevalence, such as educational background, native language interference, and the increasing reliance on digital communication platforms. The consequences of grammatical inaccuracies are explored, highlighting their potential to hinder comprehension, diminish the writer’s authority, and create misunderstandings. Furthermore, the article reviews effective strategies for reducing grammatical errors, including the use of grammar-checking tools, the importance of proofreading, and targeted educational interventions. By understanding the root causes and impacts of grammatical errors, as well as implementing practical corrective measures, writers can enhance the quality and precision of their written communication.

Maḥmūd Zamakhsharī is a great mufassir, mutakallim, jurist who came from Movarounnahr. When the scientific, cultural and economic situation in Mā Warāʾ al-Nahr was in decline, Maḥmūd Zamakhsharī served to revive and restore science, specially in Qur’ān and fiqh sudies with selfless scientists. Ten of his works are known today, and scientific researches on these works continue without stopping. This articles mainly contributed to use Qur’ānic verses in Ru’ūs al-masā’il manuscript.

Это обьяснется,  с одной стороны, повышенной общей потребностью женщин в повышении их социально-политического статуса и роли, а с другой-тем, что положение женщин в процессе устойчивого развития неуклонно растет.
