IMPLICATING TASK-BASED LEARNING IN TEACHING LEGAL ENGLISH

Abstract:

The present investigation aims to examine the role of task-based learning in teaching and learning legal English. The triangulated data showed that the appropriateness of the tasks in the classes plays a crucial role to get the students to be engaged in what they are doing and learning. The dichotomy between modern and traditional approaches with regards to teach legal English will have an elaborate investigation in this paper through applying in authentic experimental teaching process.
