Abstract:

The article explores the role of public and private universities in shaping the modern educational landscape of Uzbekistan. It analyzes the impact of different models of governance, financing, and academic autonomy on educational quality. The paper identifies the main differences and intersections between public and private higher education institutions, as well as their contribution to the development of the nation's human capital
