Полученные результаты служат основой для более широкого изучения вклада генетических факторов в течение хронических вирусного гепатита С, персонализации подходов к лечению больных. На основании полученных данных будет повышено качество диагностики и разработаны критерии снижения тяжелых осложнений заболевания, цирроза и рака печени, инвалидизации и смертности. Научные исследования, анализ изученной литературы показывают, что при развитии хронического вирусного гепатита необходимо проведение генетических тестов при постановке точного диагноза течения заболевания.

Гепаторенальный синдром (ГРС) — разновидность острого повреждения почек (ОПП), возникающая у больных декомпенсированным циррозом печени и связанная с высокой смертностью. Алкогольный цирроз был наиболее частой выявленной этиологией цирроза печени. Средняя оценка модели терминальной стадии заболевания печени составила 18 (±7). Асцит был наиболее часто выявляемым клиническим признаком портальной гипертензии. Инфекция выявлена у 38,4% больных, наиболее часто встречающимися были инфекция мочевыводящих путей/пиелонефрит. Спонтанный бактериальный перитонит возник у 5,9% больных. Наиболее распространенной причиной ОПП была преренальная. Гепаторенальный синдром выявлен у 9,8% обращений больных. Предикторами ГРС были асцит в анамнезе, сывороточный креатинин >2,5 мг/дл, альбумин <3 г/дл, билирубин >2 мг/дл и спонтанный бактериальный перитонит. Мы демонстрируем сильные предикторы развития ГРС, которые могут помочь врачам в ранней диагностике ГРС, что приведет к быстрому и целенаправленному лечению и улучшению результатов.

This research explored teachers' views on the advantages of interdisciplinary teaching in elementary and secondary school curriculum. A descriptive scanning model, phenomenology, the Interdisciplinary Teaching Approach Questionnaire, and a semi-structured interview form collected quantitative and qualitative data. Professional seniority and teaching level predicted instructors' interdisciplinary approach views, while gender did not.

Ushbu maqolada akne vulgaris va seboreik teri uchun tabletkalarda metronidazol, doksatsiklin va sink preparatlarini qo'llash haqida ma'lumot berilgan. Biz 39 vulgar husnbuzarli bemorni kuzatdik. O'rtacha va og'ir shakllari bo'lgan bemorlarda yuz vulgarisining ijobiy yaxshilanishining klinik natijalari tasvirlangan. Nazorat  guruhimizdagi  19  nafar  bemorlarimiz  esa  standart yo’riqnomadagi  davo  muolajalari  bilan  birgalikda  Doksisiklin dori  vositasini  peroral  iste’mol  qildilar.

Teri leyshmaniozi - chivinlar orqali yuqadigan Leishmania protozoylarining ko'plab turlari tomonidan qo'zg'atilgan keng tarqalgan tropik infektsiyadir. Uning klinik ko'rinishlari juda xilma-xil bo'lib, ko'plab parazit va xos omillarga bog'liq bo'lib, ular chuqur o’rganilmagan. O‘zbekiston ham teri leyshmaniozi bo‘yicha epidemiologik mintaqalardan biri hisoblanadi. Maqolada Buxoro viloyati boʻyicha yoshi, jinsi va tumanlararo statistik maʼlumotlar toʻplami keltirilgan.

В статье приведены результаты изучения изношенных и выбракованных оборотных лап чизелей. Установлено, что выбраковка их производится чрезмерным износом носка (48,29 мм).

В статъе приводится результаты аналитического метода расчета процесса изнашивания лезвий рабочих органов почвообрабатывающих машин. Теоретически изучены процесс затупления лезвий и установлены основные параметры характеризующие затупления лезвий. Выведены аналитические уравнения приращения угла самозатачивания, высоты и угла затылочной фаски от величин начального угла заточки и износа лезвия по ширине.

В статье рассматривается вопрос получения положения предельного равновесия являющиеся выбраковочными для рабочих органов. Дается уравнения вертикального составляющего давления почвы на затылочные и лицевые поверхности. Заключается, что полученные аналитические зависимости для определения вертикальных составляющих сопротивления почвы, действующих на затылочную фаску и переднюю, грань лезвия, могут быть использованы для аналитического расчета выбраковочных параметров почворежущих элементов почвообрабатывающих машин.

The essay acknowledges the challenges faced by disadvantaged genders while highlighting the progress made in the direction of inclusivity. It suggests promoting gender-inclusive language by intentional acts, guidance, and candid dialogue. Through research and critique of gendered language, we may work towards a more equitable and polite society that recognises and values the diversity of gender identities.

Offer a range of multimedia materials, such as podcasts, videos, and online articles, to accommodate different learning styles. By exposing students to language use in real-world situations, these resources aid in their development as more adept comprehension learners and culturally aware individuals. With the quick evaluation and feedback that digital tools offer, teachers can monitor their pupils' progress with efficiency. This quick feedback loop speeds up language acquisition by assisting students in identifying and fixing errors early on.

This article is related to identifying the approaches employed by teachers in teaching Contemporary Children’s Literature Program to upper primary school. Using classroom observations and interview as research instruments, this paper evaluates the approaches of five ESL teachers teaching Year 5 students and examines the various challenges faced by them in the teaching of literature. Preliminary findings on the approaches revealed that the incorporation of literary elements in the classroom was minimal. Teachers were lacked creativity and fully utilized the modules provided by the Curriculum Development Centre.
