Abstrak:
Ushbu maqolada melatonin gormonining inson organizmidagi biologik ritm va uyqu jarayonlarini tartibga solishdagi o‘rni ilmiy jihatdan yoritilgan. Melatoninning epifiz bezida ishlab chiqarilishi, u qanday omillar ta’sirida faoliyat ko‘rsatishi, va uni sun’iy ravishda qo‘llashning afzalliklari hamda ehtiyot choralariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan.
