HOW ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE WILL SHAPE TOMORROW’S CAREERS

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming labor markets, redefining professional roles, and reshaping the skills required for future careers. This article examines how AI influences employment structures, job creation and displacement, workforce skill transformation, and career adaptability across industries. Using data from international organizations, peer-reviewed studies, and labor market reports, the study analyzes current AI-driven trends and their implications for future employment. The findings indicate that while AI may automate routine tasks and eliminate certain job categories, it simultaneously creates new professions and increases demand for advanced cognitive, digital, and socio-emotional skills. The article concludes that proactive education reform, continuous reskilling, and policy adaptation are essential to ensure inclusive and sustainable career development in the age of artificial intelligence.
