Abstract:
Ushbu maqola ta’lim muassasalari rahbarlariga boshqaruv kompetensiyasining muhimligini yoritib beradi. Unda ta’lim jarayonidagi boshqaruv va rivojlanishga oid muammolarni bartaraf etish uchun amaliy va nazariy jihatdan tushunchalar keltirilgan. Maqolada rahbarlar uchun foydali va kerakli bilimlar, ko’nikmalar, hamda qobiliyatlar haqida batafsil ma’lumotlar mavjud. Ushbu bilimlar ta’lim jarayonini va sifatini yaxshilashda katta foyda keltiradi, deb o’ylayman.
