Abstract:
Mazkur maqolada Performing Right Society (PRS) tizimi va uning musiqa sanoatidagi o‘rni, litsenziya olish tartibi, to‘lov tizimi hamda daromadlarni adolatli taqsimlash jarayonlari yoritilgan. PRS — musiqa ijrochilari va kompozitorlarining ijro huquqlarini himoya qilish va ularga adolatli to‘lovlar taqdim etish orqali musiqiy sanoatni tartibga solish maqsadida faoliyat yuritadi. Maqolada PRS tizimi qanday ishlashi, litsenziya olish va to‘lov tizimi qanday amalga oshirilishi, shuningdek, daromadlarni taqsimlashda shaffoflik va adolatni ta'minlash tamoyillari keng yoritilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada PRS tizimining xalqaro tajribasi va uning huquqiy tizimdagi o‘rni haqida ham ma'lumot berilgan. O‘zbekistonda PRS tizimini joriy qilish bo‘yicha zarur huquqiy tamoyillar va imkoniyatlar ham ko‘rib chiqilgan.
