Abstract:

In today’s conditions of globalization, ensuring social stability and enhancing the spiritual and moral development of individuals is becoming increasingly important. The mahalla institution serves as a necessary social support in this regard. The local community is not only a territorial unit, but also an institution that performs unifying, educational, and social control functions. The local community plays an important role in ensuring social stability in society, especially in raising youth in a healthy spirit, supporting vulnerable populations, and solving family-related problems. At the center of the local community, qualities such as responsibility and solidarity are formed among people.
