Аннотация:
Ushbu tezis xalqaro arbitrajda nizolarni onlayn hal qilish jarayoniga bag‘ishlangan bo‘lib, unda bu tahlil “elektron muzokaralar”, “elektron mediatsiya”, “elektron arbitraj” tushunchalarini izohlash asosida amalga oshiriladi. Bundan tashqari tezisda nizolarni onlayn hal qilish chet davlatlarda qanday amalga oshirilishi va ularning farqli xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, nizolarni onlayn hal qilishning ijobiy va salbiy jihatlari batafsil tahlil qilingan.
