Abstrak:
This article focuses on the methods of teaching English specifically designed for students in the Department of Building Roads at the Institute of Engineering and Technology. It aims to provide instructors with effective strategies to enhance language learning and communication skills within the context of the department's specialized field. The article explores approaches such as content-based instruction and task-based learning, which can facilitate the integration of language and subject matter knowledge. Additionally, the use of authentic materials is emphasized to enhance engagement and relevance in language learning. The findings of this article can assist educators in optimizing English language education for students pursuing studies in building roads at the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
