Abstrak:

Bolalarda o‘pka kasalliklari (ayniqsa past nafas yo‘llari infektsiyalari) paytida qon sirkulyatsiyasida total immunoglobulin E (IgE) darajasining diagnostik qiymatini baholash muhimdir. Ushbu maqolada IgE immunoglobulinasining pediatrik nafas yo‘llari kasalliklaridagi roli, uning diagnostik ahamiyati, bolalarda o‘pka kasalliklari bilan kasallanganda IgE darajasining o‘zgarishi va amaliy qo‘llanilishi tahlil qilinadi. Maqola o‘rganilgan adabiyotlar asosida tayyorlandi.
