When solving problems of synchronizing the movement of executive bodies of technical systems, hydraulic methods are used, which are based on the use of flow stabilizers that maintain a constant speed of movement of the executive bodies when exposed to various dynamic loads. Issues related to the design, design features and numerical modeling of the flow stabilizer are considered, ensuring a given value of the volumetric flow rate of the working fluid in a wide range of pressure drops, which is determined by the spread of loads on the executive bodies. The results of computer modeling of physical processes in the flow stabilizer, formation of the appearance of the FS, methodology for determining static characteristics are studied.

The variety and complexity of dynamic processes in the flow part of hydraulic units cause great difficulties in their formalization and numerical simulations, even for the steady state near the best efficiency point. Experimental methods for determining dynamic stresses in the critical elements of full-scale water turbines, especially the blade impeller system, are expensive, and the equipment must be shut down for long periods of time to carry out preparatory work.

Vocational education is a specially organized process aimed at forming knowledge about professions and professional choice. Vocational education gives an opportunity to form important interests and motives specific to the profession. It is also an important condition for the development of aptitudes and abilities for various forms of activity.

The development of myocardial infarction entails the occurrence of systemic and local inflammatory reactions, activation of acute-phase proteins, in particular — components of the complement system, C-reactive protein, orosomucoid, 1-antitrypsin, kallikrein, kinins [2]. Systemic modulation manifests itself in the development of fever, pain, leukocytosis, bone marrow stimulation, the appearance of prostaglandins, interferon, acute phase proteins, antibodies [3].

The effect of the seasonal factor on the course of myocardial infarction has not been sufficiently studied and is not used in practical work. The study shows that in 35% of cases in men younger than 60 years of age, myocardial infarction occurs atypically. The maximum frequency of these forms is typical for the spring and autumn periods. In general, the seasonal factor is not decisive for the occurrence of myocardial infarction and its unfavorable outcome. However, it has been shown that the maximum frequency of preinfarction angina pectoris, arrhythmias is characteristic of the spring and autumn periods, the development of myocardial infarction without a previous history is typical for the winter period. Among the complications of the disease, cardiac arrhythmias predominate. The autumn period is characterized by an unstable history of angina pectoris, early postinfarction angina pectoris, recurrent course, thromboembolism. Repeated myocardial infarctions – for autumn and spring. In the spring and winter periods, the maximum number of complications and the frequency of heart failure are recorded. Almost 60% of young and middle-aged men ignore the symptoms of the disease in the pre-infarction period
