Аннотация:
Ushbu maqolada ekstremal vaziyatlarda (urush, tabiiy ofatlar, pandemiyalar va boshqa favqulodda holatlar) inson psixikasining barqarorligi masalasi o‘rganiladi. Bugungi kunda dunyo miqyosida stress omillarining ortib borayotgani sharoitida psixologik chidamlilik va moslashuvchanlik muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Maqolada psixik barqarorlik tushunchasi, unga ta’sir etuvchi omillar va zamonaviy psixologik yondashuvlar (kognitiv-behavioral terapiya, mindfulness, resilensiya modeli) ilmiy asosda tahlil qilinadi. Bundan tashqari, amaliy misollar orqali ekstremal vaziyatlarda ruhiy holatni boshqarish usullari ochib beriladi.
