Аннотация:
Ushbu maqolada post-travmatik stress buzilishi (PTSB) tushunchasi, uning asosiy belgilari, shakllanish sabablari va ruhiy salomatlikka ta’siri o‘rganiladi. PTSB urush, zo‘ravonlik, falokat va ekstremal holatlardan so‘ng yuzaga keladigan psixologik buzilishdir. Maqolada ushbu buzilishning zamonaviy psixoterapevtik davolash usullari: kognitiv-behavioral terapiya, EMDR, ekspozitsion terapiya, mindfulness va farmakoterapiya metodlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, buzilishning oldini olish bo‘yicha profilaktika choralariga ham e’tibor qaratiladi.
