This paper explores the pragmastylistic features of children’s speech in English and Uzbek literary discourse. The research aims to determine how child characters’ voices are constructed in fiction through pragmatic intentions, stylistic devices, and discourse strategies. By conducting a comparative analysis, the paper emphasizes the universality of children’s communicative patterns, such as emotionality, playfulness, and simplicity, while also highlighting the cultural differences in their literary portrayal. The study contributes to the field of linguistics by bridging pragmatics and stylistics with literary discourse analysis.
