Аннотация:

Inson tanasining mikroflorasi va mikroekologiyasi zamonaviy biotibbiyotning eng dolzarb yo‘nalishlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Mikroflora inson organizmida muhim fiziologik jarayonlarni qo‘llab-quvvatlaydi, immun tizimni mustahkamlaydi va tashqi muhit omillariga moslashuvni ta’minlaydi. Shuningdek, u oziq moddalar almashinuvida, vitaminlar sintezida va patogen mikroorganizmlarning ko‘payishini cheklashda hal qiluvchi rol o‘ynaydi. Mikroekologik muvozanat buzilganda turli kasalliklar, jumladan, disbakterioz, yallig‘lanishli jarayonlar hamda immunitetning pasayishi kuzatiladi. Shu bois inson mikrobiotasining tarkibi, funksiyasi va ekologik barqarorligini o‘rganish profilaktika, tashxis va davolash jarayonlarida katta ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega. Mazkur maqola mikrofloraning vazifalari, uning ekologik o‘zaro ta’sirlari hamda sog‘liqni saqlashdagi roli haqida ilmiy tahlil va yondashuvlarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
