Аннотация:

Fermentlar biologik katalizatorlar bo‘lib, ular metabolik jarayonlarning tezligini sezilarli darajada oshiradi, hujayra energetik balansini ta’minlaydi va organizm gomeostazini saqlashda markaziy rol o‘ynaydi. Fermentlar substratlarni mahsulotlarga aylantirishda yuqori spetsifiklikka ega bo‘lib, ularning faoliyati turli metabolik yo‘llar, jumladan karbogidratlar, lipidlar, oqsillar va nuklein kislotalar almashinuvini tartibga solishda muhim hisoblanadi. Mazkur maqolada fermentlarning biologik katalizator sifatidagi xususiyatlari, metabolik jarayonlarda ahamiyati, hujayra energetik balansiga ta’siri va tibbiyotda klinik ahamiyati keng qamrovda tahlil qilinadi.
