In many countries, students spend years learning English but still struggle to speak confidently. This article explores why traditional methods of learning English often fail and how speaking practice can completely transform language acquisition. It argues that focusing too much on grammar and memorization limits real communication skills, while active speaking practice builds fluency, confidence, and real-life language use. In today’s globalized world, English proficiency is crucial for academic success and career opportunities. Students who cannot communicate effectively in English often miss out on scholarships, internships, and professional growth. The study highlights the importance of modern, communication-based approaches in English education.
