Abstract:

The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the most important document defining the legal foundations of the country, which paves the way for the establishment of a democratic, legal and social state. The article on the topic “Constitution - the guarantee of a free and prosperous life” analyzes the social, political and economic aspects of the Constitution of Uzbekistan. The Constitution guarantees equal rights and freedoms to all citizens of the country, ensures their legal protection, and is the main legal document for the development of a democratic and free society. This article highlights the importance of the Constitution of Uzbekistan, its compatibility with international law, its role in increasing the legal knowledge of citizens, and its impact on the current legal system.
