THE ROLE OF EFFECTIVE TIME AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CORPORATE PRACTICES IN DEVELOPED ECONOMIES
Main Article Content
Abstract:
This thesis investigates the impact of effective time and resource management on corporate performance and competitiveness. The study emphasizes the integration of time management, digitalization, and human capital development as core components of organizational sustainability. Drawing insights from developed economies such as the United States, Germany, and Japan, the research demonstrates that time management is not simply an administrative routine but a strategic determinant of innovation, adaptability, and productivity. Empirical evidence indicates that firms applying structured time management systems achieve up to 30% higher operational efficiency, 25% faster decision-making, and 20% better employee satisfaction levels. These findings align with both corporate and educational models of time efficiency, including the academic framework studied by Azimov (2024) at Baku Higher Oil School [6].
