IMPROVING TEACHERS’ WRITING SKILLS THROUGH DIGITAL APPLICATIONS IN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES

Abstract:

In contemporary education, teachers’ writing skills are fundamental for academic, professional, and administrative tasks. This study investigates the strategies for enhancing teachers’ writing competencies using digital applications during professional development courses. Digital platforms such as Google Docs, Grammarly, Padlet, and Microsoft Teams are explored for their effectiveness in providing real-time feedback, facilitating collaborative writing, and encouraging reflective practice. The research demonstrates that integrating digital tools in professional development programs improves teachers’ writing performance, promotes engagement, and fosters continuous professional growth.
