Abstract:

Mushak ishining energetik ta’minoti organizmdagi mushaklarning faoliyatini davom ettirish uchun zarur bo‘lgan energiya manbalarini o‘rganadi, mushaklar energiyani asosan ATP orqali oladi, qisqa muddatli yuqori intensivlikdagi ishlar uchun fosfokreatin tizimi ishlaydi, uzoq muddatli past intensivlikdagi ishlar uchun glikoliz va oksidlovchi metabolizm asosiy rol o‘ynaydi, energiya manbalarining kombinatsiyasi mushak ishlash muddatini, quvvatini va chidamliligini belgilaydi, anaerob jarayonlar va metabolik cheklovlar mushak ishida muhim rol o‘ynaydi
