CHAYNASH PAYTIDA SO'LAK SEKRETSIYASI TEZLIGI VA EMAL REMINERALIZATSIYASI

Main Article Content

Abstract:

Mazkur tadqiqot chaynash jarayonida so'lak sekretsiyasi tezligining tish emalining remineralizatsiyasiga ta'sirini o'rganishga bag'ishlangan. Tadqiqot davomida 120 nafar bemorning chaynash paytida so'lak ajralishi miqdori va emal minerallashtirish jarayonlari tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar shuni ko'rsatdiki, chaynash stimulyatsiyasida so'lak sekretsiyasi tezligi tinch holatga nisbatan 3-5 barobar oshadi va bu ko'rsatkich emal remineralizatsiya faolligi bilan bevosita bog'liqdir. Stimulyatsiyalangan so'lak tarkibida kaltsiy va fosfat ionlari konsentratsiyasi oshishi, shuningdek, pH darajasining neytralgacha ko'tarilishi emal sirtida kristallarning tiklanishini faollashtiradi. Tadqiqot natijalari karies profilaktikasi va boshlang'ich emal demineralizatsiyasini davolashda chaynash faoliyatini oshirishning ahamiyatini isbotlaydi. Ishda chaynash stimulyatsiyasi, so'lak sekretsiyasi va emal remineralizatsiyasi o'rtasidagi fiziologik bog'liqlik mexanizmlari batafsil yoritilgan.
