Аннотация:

Ushbu maqolada polivinil spirti (PVA) asosida α-ketoglutarat va natriy malat qo‘shish orqali bioaktiv plyonkalar olish va ularning fizik-mexanik hamda funksional xususiyatlarini o‘rganish masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida eritma quyish (solution casting) usuli yordamida plyonkalar tayyorlandi. Olingan bioaktiv plyonkalarning mustahkamligi, elastikligi, suvga chidamliligi va biologik faolligi tahlil qilindi. Natijalar α-ketoglutarat va natriy malat qo‘shilishi plyonkaning mexanik xususiyatlarini yaxshilash, suvda eruvchanligini kamaytirish hamda bioaktivligini oshirishini ko‘rsatdi. Ushbu materiallar oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini qadoqlash, tibbiyot va qishloq xo‘jaligida urug‘ qoplamasi sifatida qo‘llash uchun istiqbolli hisoblanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari ekologik xavfsiz va funksional biomateriallar yaratishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
