The article discusses the possibilities of using artificial intelligence technologies in training future historians. As you know, the most popular artificial intelligence chatbot currently is the ChatGPT application. Unfortunately, access to this service for users from Russia and Belarus is currently limited. However, there are many third-party applications free from such restrictions that use the ChatGPT API and solve similar problems. The article analyzes three of the most interesting and useful of these services: Phind.com - a search engine for researchers, Talkai.info - a service that provides access to ChatGPT in Russian, Explainlikeimfive.io - an application that explains complex concepts and concepts. Examples are given of the use of the above services in planning, organizing and conducting the educational process at the faculty that trains historians. It is shown that the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies will lead to a radical change in approaches to organizing the educational process, its structure and content. According to some experts, by the end of 2026, ninety percent of the content on the Internet will be generated by artificial intelligence. This cannot but affect educational content posted on the Internet. In conclusion, it is noted that, unfortunately, solutions obtained using deep neural networks are often impossible to verify. This naturally reduces their value. That is why it is still difficult to judge how the widespread introduction of artificial intelligence technologies will affect the quality of specialist training.

The research also includes an investigation into the accessibility of food products specifically designed for diabetic patients in both pharmacies and grocery stores. By examining these critical aspects, the research sheds light on the degree to which individuals with type 2 diabetes are informed about the societal impact of their condition and the availability of essential dietary resources tailored to their needs. The results of this assessment contribute valuable insights for improving the support and resources available to individuals living with diabetes.

The utilization of computer technology facilitates a comprehensive understanding of patient anatomy, enables virtual simulations for surgical planning, and ensures personalized implant design. This paper reviews the current state of computer technology in orthopedics, highlighting its applications in diagnosis and treatment planning. Additionally, it discusses the potential benefits, challenges, and future prospects of incorporating computer technology into orthopedic practices, ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes and the advancement of orthopedic surgical techniques.

В отделениях Репродуктивного центра Бухарской области, охраны здоровья матери и ребенка и наследственных заболеваний представлена степень встречаемости синдрома Дауна у имеющихся детей в подростковом возрасте, а также специфическая клиника синдрома Дауна и современные методы исследования.

Among the "world" languages, the role of the Russian language as a means of international communication is huge. Due to the entire direction of socio-political, economic, scientific‒ technical and cultural development of humanity in the 20th - 21st centuries, the Russian language is rightfully considered the world language. This is primarily explained by the "international" nature of modern science and the unprecedented pace of its development. Nowadays, it is important for every student to know the Russian language well. In this regard, it is important to use new methods of teaching the Russian language.

Иммунная система является ключевым компонентом защиты организма от инфекций, опухолей и других патологических состояний. В этой статье рассматривается анатомия лимфатической системы и основные механизмы иммунного ответа. Описывается строение и функции лимфатических органов, включая лимфатические узлы, селезенку и костный мозг, а также процессы лимфообразования и циркуляции лимфы. Кроме того, обсуждаются основные элементы иммунитета, включая клеточный и гуморальный иммунитет, цитокины, антитела и механизмы иммунного ответа при воздействии на организм инфекционных агентов и других внешних угроз.

The article presents data on the diagnosis of
intraepithelial neoplasia in women. A retrospective
analysis of 51 medical records of patients with cervical
dysplasia was carried out to study and evaluate the
indicators and their impact on the manifestation of
dysplasia. The study showed that the diagnostic
algorithm for the examination of patients with
HSIL/CINIІ is multicomponent and, when fully
implemented, allows choosing the most adequate
treatment tactics in each case

The article presents data on the surgical treatment of patients with gastric cancer that has metastasized to the liver. A retrospective analysis of materials from 2014 to 2023 was carried out in 51 patients from the  Department of Thoracoabdominal Surgery.  The patients were divided into two groups: the main group included patients n=28 (54.9%) who simultaneously underwent gastric removal from resections of metastatic liver nodules. In the second control group, n=23 (45.1%) were patients who, taking into account the general condition of the patients, the presence of complications (bleeding, stenosis, dysphagia), underwent gastrectomy or gastric resection without removal of metastatic liver nodes. Depending on the location and histological structure of the tumor, 22 (43.1%) patients underwent distal subtotal gastrectomy and 29 (56.9%) patients underwent gastrectomy.
