Abstract:

O‘qituvchi va o‘quvchi munosabatlari boshlang‘ich sinf o‘quvchilarining akademik, ijtimoiy va hissiy rivojlanishini shakllantirishda hal qiluvchi rol o‘ynaydi. Ushbu maqola ushbu munosabatlarga ta'sir qiluvchi psixologik omillarni o‘rganadi, jumladan, o‘qituvchining empatiyasi, hissiy intellekt, muloqot uslubi va sinfni boshqarish strategiyalari. Tadqiqot o‘quvchilar bilan mustahkam va mazmunli munosabatlarni o‘rnatishda o‘qituvchilarning psixologik kompetentsiyalarini kuchaytiruvchi kasbiy rivojlanish dasturlarining muhimligini ta’kidlaydi.
