Аннотация:

Ushbu maqola og'ir metallarning oziq-ovqat mahsulotlariga tushish yo'llari va manbalarini o'rganadi. Tadqiqot og'ir metallarning atrof-muhitdagi manbalari, oziq-ovqat ishlab chiqarish va qayta ishlash jarayonidagi kontaminatsiya, hamda iste'mol qilinadigan oziq-ovqat mahsulotlaridagi og'ir metallar darajasini o'z ichiga oladi. Shuningdek, og'ir metallarning inson salomatligiga ta'siri va xavfini kamaytirish uchun oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi choralarini tahlil qiladi.
