Abstract:

Korporativ boshqaruv zamonaviy iqtisodiyotning ajralmas qismi bo‘lib, kompaniyaning boshqaruv mexanizmlarini tartibga solish orqali uning uzoq muddatli barqarorligini ta’minlashga xizmat qiladi. Boshqaruvchilarning ish haqi esa korporativ boshqaruvning muhim rag‘batlantiruvchi elementi hisoblanadi, chunki u rahbarlarning motivatsiyasi va kompaniya maqsadlariga sodiqligini shakllantiradi. Korporativ boshqaruv tizimining samarali ishlashi boshqaruvchilarning shaxsiy manfaatlari bilan kompaniya manfaatlarini muvofiqlashtirishni ta’minlaydi, bu esa ularning ish faoliyatini samarali va barqaror qilishga imkon beradi.
