Abstract:

Течение ВГС у беременной может сопровождаться увеличением виремии и самопроизвольным снижением вирусой нагрузки после родов. Возможен спонтанный клиренс вируса после родов.  Вирусный гепатит С тесно связанна с преждевременным старением яичников и ухудшает фертильность (1,3,7). У беременной с ХВСГ выше риска гестационного диабета и чрезмерной прибавки в весе и внутрипеченочного холестаза беременных. ВГС связан с неблагоприятными исходами родов (низкий вес при рождении, малый вес гестационного возраста, дистресс плода, асцит плода, госпитализация новорожденного в отделении интенсивной терапии, преждевременные роды или мертворождения).
