Abstract:

Bozor iqtisodiyoti sharoitida yirik sanoat korxonalarining raqobatbardoshligini ta'minlash, samaradorligini oshirish va strategik maqsadlariga erishishini kafolatlash uchun ularning faoliyatini muntazam ravishda baholash zarur. Bunda Kalit Ko‘rsatkichlar Indikatorlari (KPI – Key Performance Indicators) tizimi samarali vosita sifatida keng qo‘llaniladi. KPI – bu korxona faoliyatining eng muhim jihatlarini ifodalovchi mezonlar bo‘lib, ular orqali ishlab chiqarish, moliyaviy natijalar, resurslardan foydalanish samaradorligi, xodimlar faoliyati va strategik rivojlanish darajasi aniqlanadi. Mavzuga oid tadqiqotlarda ko‘rsatilishicha, samarali KPI tizimi ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini optimallashtirish, qarorlar qabul qilish sifatini oshirish va strategik yutuqlarga erishishda muhim omil bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
