Аннотация:
Mazkur ilmiy tezisda zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida yuz berayotgan institutsional o‘zgarishlar sharoitida ta’lim muassasasi direktorining faoliyati strategik loyiha menejeri sifatida tahlil qilinadi. Ta’lim standartlarini joriy etish, raqamlashtirish, o‘quv mazmunini yangilash hamda jamiyat va ota-onalar tomonidan ta’lim sifatiga qo‘yilayotgan talablarning ortishi maktab rahbaridan yangi boshqaruv yondashuvlarini talab etmoqda. Tadqiqotda maktabni loyihaga asoslangan boshqarish modeli, direktorning loyiha jamoasidagi funksiyalari, boshqaruv samaradorligiga ta’siri ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida yoritiladi.
