SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE REGULATION OF FAMILY ISSUES IN MODERN ISLAMIC SOCIETY

Abstract:
This study explores the scientific and theoretical underpinnings of family regulation in modern Islamic societies, highlighting the complex interplay between religious doctrine, sociocultural norms, and contemporary global influences. Grounded in Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh), the regulation of family matters—marriage, divorce, inheritance, child custody—is deeply intertwined with both classical legal traditions and emerging interpretations in light of evolving societal demands.
