PEDAGOGIKA OLIY TA’LIMIDA KOLLABORATIV MADANIYAT: NAZARIY ASOSLAR, METODIK YONDASHUV VA KOMPETENSIYALAR

Abstract:

Ushbu maqola pedagogika oliy ta’limida kollaborativ madaniyatni shakllantirishning nazariy va metodik asoslarini yoritadi. Hamkorlikka yo‘naltirilgan o‘qitish, kichik guruhlar, fasilitatorlik roli, o‘zaro hurmat va mas’uliyat, kreativ hamda tanqidiy fikrlashni rivojlantiruvchi usullar tahlil qilinadi. Vygotskiyning yondashuvi asosida talabaning ijtimoiy-psixologik barqarorligi, motivatsiyasi va kompetensiyalarini kuchaytirish yo‘llari asoslanadi; jamoaviy qaror va konstruktiv nizolar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Natijada ta’lim jarayonining demokratlashuvi, tengdoshlar hamkorligi va kompetensiyalar mustahkamlanadi.
