Abstrak:
Mazkur tadqiqotda talabalarda liderlik qobiliyatining shakllanishiga ta’sir qiluvchi asosiy ijtimoiy-psixologik omillar tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, motivatsion va emotsional omillar liderlik rivojining asosiy determinanti bo‘lib, ularni qo‘llab-quvvatlash uchun psixologik treninglar, jamoaviy faoliyat va o‘zini rivojlantirish dasturlari muhim ahamiyatga ega.
