Abstract:

Oziq-ovqat sanoatida turli xil antiseptiklar va dezinfeksiyalash vositalari, jumladan, xlor, perasetik kislota, toʻrtlamchi ammoniy birikmalari va vodorod periksga asoslanganlar qoʻllaniladi. Tanlov moʻljallangan maqsadga bogʻliq: asbob-uskunalarni dezinfeksiyalash, sirtni tozalash, havoni dezinfeksiyalash yoki dezinfeksiyalovchi ta'sirga ega yuvish vositalari. Ushbu dezinfeksiyalash vositalaridan foydalanish xavfsizlik talablariga javob berishi kerak va kerak boʻlganda shaxsiy himoya vositalaridan foydalanish kerak.
