Mazkur maqolada bolalar populyatsiyasida antibiotiklarga chidamli mikroorganizmlarning tarqalishi, shakllanish mexanizmlari va ularning klinik ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti (JSST) va yetakchi ilmiy tadqiqotlar asosida bolalarda antibiotiklarga chidamli infeksiyalarning epidemiologik xususiyatlari, asosiy patogenlari hamda davolash jarayonidagi muammolar yoritiladi. Shuningdek, pediatriyada antibiotiklarni noo‘rin qo‘llash, profilaktik va terapevtik yondashuvlarning chidamlilik rivojiga ta’siri ilmiy asosda baholanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari antibiotiklarga chidamli mikroorganizmlar bolalarda kasallikning og‘ir kechishi, davolash muddati va o‘lim ko‘rsatkichlarini oshiruvchi muhim klinik omil ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
